Bay Area Fit Fest was born in 2023 out of shared love for group fitness and a passion for building community. Bay Area fitness scene is unlike any other-it’s one giant, connected family. So we thought, why not bring everyone together for a day filled with fitness + fun? The Fit Fest is our way of celebrating the incredible people, brands, and energy that make this community SO special.

    Bay Area native and proud group fitness addict. A total social butterfly who quickly found family within the local fitness community. The Fit Fest brings people connection + movement two things I believe are vital to our well being!

    Entrepreneur | Yoga Therapist | Cancer Exercise Specialist & Cancer Survivor

    Fitness professional in California for over 20 years. Passionate about making health & fitness accessible to all.

    Throughout her career, she’s worked as a college professor, yoga teacher trainer, international retreat leader, and studio owner. She’s thrilled to bring Fit Fest to SF Bay Area!
